The ‘Art Walk’ is not a legal entity, but simply a voluntary team responsible for selection, organization, and management of the Art Walk.
The Art Walk’s management is not liable for damage to or loss of works of art, neither during transport, installation, nor during the exhibition. The same applies to personal injury: the Art Walk team is not liable.
You take part in the Art Walk as artist and exhibitor or as visitor on your own risk.

Este aviso se aplica a ti, ya sea como participante, expositor/a, proveedor/a del espacio y/o visitante.

Art Walk no es una entidad jurídica, sino simplemente un equipo que se encarga de la selección, la organización y la gestión.
La dirección de Art Walk no se hace responsable de los daños o la pérdida de obras de arte, ni durante el transporte, ni durante el montaje, ni durante la exposición. Lo mismo se aplica a los daños personales: el equipo de Art Walk no se hace responsable.
La participación en el Art Walk, ya sea como artista y expositor o como visitante, es bajo tu propia responsabilidad.

Er gilt für euch als Teilnehmer/in, Aussteller/in, Veranstaltungsort-Anbieter/in und/oder Besucher/in.

Der Art Walk ist keine gesellschaftliche Körperschaft sondern nur ein Team, das kuratiert und organisiert und manages.
Das Art Walk Management haftet nicht für Schäden an oder Verlust von Kunstwerken weder bei Transport noch bei Montage noch während der Ausstellung. Das gleiche gilt bei Personenschaden: Das Art Walk Team haftet nicht.
Die Teilnahme am Art Walk als Künstler und Aussteller oder als Besucher erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
